This reservation form is for the intent of renting an apartment, a $300.00 security deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure the apartment, if for any reason you are not able to commit to your apartment within seven (7) days of your move in date, we will credit your credit card account for the entire $300.00 security deposit, thereafter you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
