What is included with our temporary apartment?
We furnish every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We provide everything from furniture to house wares, linens to home electronics. Housekeeping, utilities, phones and cable service.
Is there a minimum length of Stay?
We have a 30 day minimum stay.

What's included in the cost?
We include everything on one simple customized invoice. You can be billed every month and pay via check/money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club can be done automatically. We can bill both individuals or can invoice a company directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with us can have their bills consolidated
How do I pay?
Your rent includes the complete cost of the apartment, including utilities, cable television, local phone service optional. Weekly house keeping is optional. Additional charges which may be incurred are telephone service and any special furnishing you may want.
Are pets welcome?
Many properties we work with do allow pets. Usually a $150.00 non-refundable additional pet deposit is required
What is the difference between corporate housing and "serviced" apartment?
"Corporate Housing" refers to apartment units in residential apartment buildings that have been furnished and offer a wide range of a la carte furnishing and service options. Guests have the comforts of home in a private residential setting, typically with a one-month minimum stay. "Serviced apartments" operate more like a hotel, with on site hospitality staff, a 24 hour front desk, daily maid service, and accommodations for both daily and long stays.
